Specright is looking to hire a SFDC Technical Consultant within our Customer Success Team with the opportunity to work with customers such as Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Caterpillar. The SFDC Technical Consultant is a Specright Expert that is responsible for understanding a customer's solution architecture, providing design expertise, and developing custom solutions and integrations. In this role, you will collaborate with our customers while providing best practice recommendations, consulting services, and SFDC development expertise to ensure success of their implementation. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Software Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understanding of implementation and development best practices for the full software life cycle, including technical requirements definition, solution design, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Customer-facing and work within a project team and participate in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements
Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
Deep understanding of web services, distributed systems, API design, & platform integration
Work with a broad range of stakeholders across teams to deliver on key projects and requirements
Help to develop training material for new processes
Assist in estimating work effort of development activities and keep on budget
Keeping up to date with the Salesforce release cycle and implementing appropriate changes
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to align architecture to core platform and communicate feature ideas for future product roadmapping

Basic Qualifications

Minimum BS in Computer Science or related technical field
7+ years experience in Software Development
5+ years experience in Salesforce Development
Experience designing and developing integrations between SFDC and other solutions such as ERP, homegrown solutions, etc.
Experience with developing custom solutions on the force.com platform leveraging Apex, Triggers, Flow, Lightning, LWC, Visualforce, etc.
Ability to lead technical conversations and contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers, Lightning Component Framework apps lightning pages, and API based integrations
Must be able to develop credibility and trust from customers and internal stakeholders with technical acumen and leadership of the solution

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce ADM201 Certified
Industry experience in HLS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging, or Supply Chain highly preferred
Familiarity with middleware tools such as Dell Boomi, Informatica, and Mulesoft
